Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of communication, messaging, and automation services provided by PrimaryAnswer LLC ("PrimaryAnswer", "we", "our", or "us"). By interacting with messaging services powered by PrimaryAnswer—including SMS, voice, appointment confirmations, reminders, or other automated communications—you agree to these Terms.

PrimaryAnswer LLC provides software and communication infrastructure to businesses ("Clients"). When you interact with a business using PrimaryAnswer's systems, you may receive messages or communications on their behalf.

1. Overview of Services

PrimaryAnswer LLC provides tools that allow businesses to send:

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders
  • Service updates and scheduling notifications
  • Customer support messages
  • Inbound and outbound communication
  • Automated responses and follow-up messages

Message frequency varies depending on the Client and your interactions with them.

2. Consent to Communications

By providing your phone number to a business using PrimaryAnswer technology, or by opting into a messaging program (e.g., texting a keyword, completing a form, or giving verbal/written consent), you authorize that business—via PrimaryAnswer—to send you SMS or automated communications.

For SMS Programs:

  • Message & data rates may apply
  • Reply STOP to opt out at any time
  • Reply HELP for help or additional information
  • A final confirmation message may be sent after opting out
  • Participation is voluntary, and you may withdraw consent at any time

3. Opt-In Methods

Depending on the business you interact with, opt-in may occur via:

  • Texting a keyword to a designated phone number
  • Double opt-in (replying YES to confirm)
  • Filling out a booking or contact form
  • Verbal consent during a phone call or in person
  • Written consent via digital or physical documentation

4. Opt-Out

To stop receiving SMS messages, reply STOP to any message. You may also request removal directly from the business you are interacting with.

5. No Mobile Information Sharing

In accordance with A2P 10DLC guidelines: End-user mobile information will not be shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is used exclusively to enable communication between you and the business you interacted with.

6. Data Handling

PrimaryAnswer LLC processes data on behalf of its Clients and only shares it with:

  • The business you are communicating with
  • Contracted service providers required to deliver messages
  • Legal authorities if required by law

We do not sell personal information.

7. Limitation of Liability

Carriers and platform providers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Communication services are provided 'as-is' and without warranties.
